Ritesh Batra Talks About Directing Hollywood Legends Robert Redford, Jane Fonda

Indian director Ritesh Batra got an opportunity to say “Action” to Hollywood legends Robert Redford and Jane Fonda for the upcoming film ‘Our Souls at Night’. The Lunchbox director was picked up by Netflix to helm the project. Recently, Ritesh shared his experience working with the actors and called it “wonderful”.

“It is a movie with Redford and Fonda, and Netflix is producing the movie. It was a wonderful experience working with them. They are legends and it was great shooting with them. I can't say enough how great it was”, the director said. This is surely a huge achievement for the Mumbai born 37-year-old.

‘Our Souls at Night’ is based on the novel by Kent Haruf. Currenty, Ritesh is busy with another international project titled ‘The Sense of An Ending’, which is also based on a novel, by Julian Barnes. The trailer for the film was recently released and was well received by the audiences. The mvoie will be released in March in both the U.S and India.
