    Shia LaBeouf steps aside from Orphans on creative differences


    Shia LaBeouf, who was lined up forOrphansopposite Alec Baldwin is now plugged out of the play. According to a statement, the producer noticed some creative differences and has decided to replace Shia, just a month before its opening.

    The play tells the story of two brothers, who are orphaned and live in a shabby house in Philadelphia and one day they decide to kidnap a wealthy man. LaBeouf was to portray one of the orphan brothers and Alec plays the role of the wealthy man. The play was first performed in 1983 and has been a platform for everyone from Albert Finney to Joe Pantoliano who starred inRisky Business.
