Rajinikanth To Remake Kannada Film Vascodigama?

The gossip mills are abuzz that Rajinikanth is considering remaking of a Kannada film in Tamil. The film is reportedly Parvathy Nair starrer Vascodigama. However, nothing can be said until an official announcement is made.

Rumours started to spread like wildfire after Rajinikanth expressed his wish to watch Vascodigama, which also stars Kishore as Kannada lecturer. Kishore is working with the veteran actor in upcoming Tamil film Kabali, in which he plays a negative role. Kishore has revealed that a special screening of Vascodigama is being arranged for the superstar.

Vascodigama is satirical film based on the practicality of education system in India. The film, which is written and directed by Madhu Chandra, was released in October 2015. Now, the Tamil remake of the film will be confirmed only after Rajinikanth watches the flick.
