Balaji Sakthivel Collaborates With Vijay Milton For His Next

According to recent reports, prominent filmmaker Balaji Sakthivel has joined hands with cinematographer-director Vijay Milton for an upcoming film. The movie is reportedly a murder mystery. Recently, Balaji talked about the project and also about roping in Vijay for the venture.
 

“I’ve teamed up with my friend Vijay Milton, for my next venture. It is a murder mystery and the shooting will commence in the mid of June. The movie will be realistic and as usual, there won’t be any cinematic elements in the screenplay”, revealed Balaji.

Talking about bringing Vijay on board, Balaji stated, “I asked him to work as a cinematographer only if he is comfortable — and he was gracious enough to agree. I don’t think there will be any creative differences between us as we are clear about our individual roles”. Revealing that the film will feature several fresh faces, Balaji stated, “The young brigade in the industry is extremely talented and I want to provide a platform to showcase it. That is the reason I prefer working with them. I have to update myself if I’m working with newer talents”.

The prominent filmmaker is known for making realistic films. The director is best known for directing the 2004 romantic drama tragedy, ‘Kaadhal’. His ‘Vazhakku Enn 18/9’ (2012) won the National Film Award for Best Feature Film in Tamil, adding another feather in his cap. We wish strokes of luck to the director for his upcoming venture.
