Kaththi completes solid 50 days at box office

One of the hugest Tamil blockbuster in the recent times, Vijay starrer Kaththi completed 50 days at the box office. The film that had a wide Diwali release on 22^nd October, continues to rake in numbers and has registered itself as one of the biggest hits.

Directed by A.R. Mugadoss, the action thriller film not only generated a record breaking spree in the domestic arena but also shattered records overseas. The film collected a massive chunk and placed itself in the list of all time highest grossing Tamil films. The Vijay starrer is placed just below two Rajnikanth’s films followed by Thuppakki that had the same Kaththi combination. While the records are going on high, Rajnikanth’s Lingaa is bracing itself up to fight hard. The box office is prepared to see the records shattering.
