Pa Ranjith is still in search of his heroine

Grapevine was abuzz that Pa Ranjith’s next wouldn’t have any actress opposite Rajinikanth. But, sources rubbished the rumour and said that the search for the leading lady is still in process and within a fortnight the name will be finalised. The flick is yet to be tilted.

Talking about the actress, a source said, “It is not a no-heroine film, as is being reported by certain sections of media. The script demands a heroine, and many leading ladies have been approached for the role. And though no one has been officially signed on yet, one can expect an official announcement on the same from the makers soon”.

“Nayantara is among the few who have been approached, though she has not been confirmed. So, will it be Nayan, or someone else? Well, while this speculation continues, it is being said that the shoot will commence from August in Malaysia,” he added. Whom will the Thalaiva be paired with, is a question in everyone’s mind.
