Starting his career as music composer in Sukran, actor Vijay Antony is on a success run with consecutive hits in Kollywood. The India Pakistan star is now celebrating his yet another hit with Pichaikkaran (Bicchagadu in Telugu). The flick has achieved a landmark with 100 day run at the box office.

"I owe this success to my Director Sasi sir and my distributor Lakshman. His courage on releasing this film against a massive film, pinning hopes on the content has been the biggest plus factor. I’m indeed excited to be termed as a hero who can command commercial respect in two languages at the same time”, said the actor.

Moreover, the movie got released in Telugu just week before Brahmotsavam and is undeterred from Mahesh Babu’s biggy. The actor added that he  was told a Tamil hero being accepted by other regional industry was usual. Vijay sounded confident that with correct script, execution and planning, he can get more success in Tollywood.
