    Drishyam which is apparently the remake of Malayalam blockbuster by the same name is all set to hit theatres on July 11. The film directed by actress turned filmmaker Sripriya features Venkatesh and Meena in the lead roles. The Kannada remake of the film titled Drishya also released on June 20 and received overwhelming response.

    Drishyam is supposed to be a story of an ordinary man named Rambabu whose life becomes extra ordinary after his family kills the son of a police inspector general which will be portrayed by actress Nadhiya. Movie buff Rambabu decides everything in his life taking examples from films and saves his family from distress. Talking about the film, Venkatesh said, "It's one of those films which has a universal appeal and I'm confident that the audience will get hooked on to the story instantly. The screenplay is beautiful and the emotions are quite real. The success of this film will be a gamechanger in Telugu film industry." Produced by D.
