Naga Chaitanya To Work Again With Chandoo Mondeti In Savyasachi

Naga Chaitanya has been approached by director Chandoo Mondeti to play the lead in his next. This is not the first time that the actor has been approached by the director. He has earlier worked with him in Malayalam film Premam which released in 2015.

“We decided to name it Savyasachi. It’s an action entertainer,” said director Chandoo. He added, “In my film, the protagonist — played by Chaitanya — has powers in both hands and is ambidextrous, hence the title Savyasachi.”

Chandoo said that the movie will start rolling in mid-September. He also said that he has completed writing the script for the film. Talking about the flick, Mondeti said, “The film’s story revolves around Chaitanya’s character, and the troubles he faces in life. How he clears hurdles forms the crux of the story.” Though Chandoo has finalised Naga as male lead, however, he is yet to finalise the female lead. Chaitanya’s last films were Karthikeya and Premam which were super hits.
