Actress Rakul Preet Singh has suddenly become one of the most popular faces in the South Indian film industry and it seems her popularity has added to her advantage, increasing her salary. Latest news reveals that the actress will charge Rs 2.5 crore per film from now onwards. The actress will be seen in her upcoming flick, ‘Spyder’, which also stars Mahesh Babu in the lead.

A source has confirmed that actress is in demand now. He said, “Interestingly, she is getting calls from mostly Tamil filmmakers after they saw her recent film promotions. They are ready to pay whatever she quotes”. On the work front, the actress will also be seen acting in an upcoming film ‘Theeran Athikaram Ondru’.

Moreover, the 26-year-old actress will make her debut with Aiyaary, which is a Neeraj Pandey directorial. The film will also have Manoj Bajpayee, Sidharth Malhotra and Anupam Kher in the lead roles. Meanwhile, her movie ‘Spyder’ is set to hit theatres on September 27.
