The Great Indian Kapil Show Trailer: Gutthi aka Sunil Grover causes turbulence, taunts Ranbir Kapoor for marrying Alia

Kapil Sharma is all set to return to our screens with his family. But this time he has a new address. The king of comedy has ditched television. His new show, titled The Great Indian Kapil Show, will now stream on Netflix. Kiku Sharda and Krushna Abhishek will reprise their beloved characters while Archana Puran Singh will return to her throne. But what fans have eagerly been waiting for, ever since the show was announced, is to see Sunil Grover as Gutthi again. Well, the trailer is finally here and it gives us a much needed sneak peek into all the fun!

For his much awaited comeback, Sunil returns to Kapil’s show wrapped up in a present. A gift to the show! It is no less than a treat to see him dressed in a saree again! The man is truly the most versatile actor and comedian of our country. Kapil is delighted to reunite with Sunil as well, while the latter calls his return a ‘turbulence’. Later Kapil hilariously mimics Navjot Singh Sidhu as Archana sits on his lap. As for the guests, we will witness a Kapoor trio on stage. Ranbir Kapoor will make a grand entry, accompanied by his actress mother Neetu Kapoor and his sister Riddhima Kapoor Sahni. In the trailer, we see Gutthi upset with Ranbir for marrying Alia Bhatt, hilariously taunting the Brahmāstra actor.

Mr Perfectionist Aamir Khan will also join Kapil while superstar Diljit Dosanjh will grace the stage to promote his Netflix film Amar Singh Chamkila along with director Imtiaz Ali and co-star Parineeti Chopra. All in all, the first season of The Great Indian Kapil Show promises to be a total riot. Fans couldn’t have agreed more.
