On Thursday, the renowned sisters teamed up to whip up a Thanksgiving feast, with Kylie capturing the behind-the-scenes action on her Instagram Story. While Kendall, 28, expertly diced onions on the kitchen counter, Kylie, 26, seized the opportunity to showcase her big sister's culinary skills.

    Emoji Nostalgia

Overlaying the video upload was a hand-heart emoji paired with a cucumber emoji, playfully referencing Kendall's well-known cucumber incident featured in a May 2022 episode of The Kardashians. In the viral clip, Kendall and Kris Jenner were engrossed in a kitchen conversation when the momager interrupted to summon one of their personal chefs to aid the model. Kendall seemed to be grappling with cutting a cucumber with a knife, creating a memorable and humorous moment.

Declining her mother's offer for assistance, Kendall persisted in preparing her own snack."I'm making it myself," she asserted. "Just gotta chop up some cucumber, it's pretty easy."

"You go, girl," encouraged Kris. Turning to the television cameras, Kendall candidly confessed, "I'm definitely not a good cutter, so don't zoom in on me. I'm not professional whatsoever."Yet, the internet wasn't as forgiving as the family's matriarch.

    Cucumber Redemption

On the cover of WSJ. Magazine's Summer Digital issue in June, Kendall candidly addressed the iconic moment that became an instant reality TV sensation."Let me just say I successfully cut 'The Cucumber,'" she shared with WSJ. "So if anyone says I cannot cut cucumber, I physically cut the cucumber, and I did it tastefully. I didn’t hurt anybody. So, I can cut cucumbers."

She further revealed her enjoyment of spending time in the kitchen, crafting family-favorite dishes such as rice pilaf with herbed chicken and vegetables, especially when sharing them with friends.

Kendall appeared unfazed by the jests, even incorporating them into one of her 2022 Halloween costumes: a colossal, ambulating cucumber. In the Thanksgiving chronicles on Kylie's Instagram Story, the culinary escapades continued with shots of the sisters boiling green beans on the stove and a close-up glimpse of candied yams. The creator of the Khy clothing line also treated her nearly 400 million followers to a sneak peek of her already adorned Christmas tree.
