Siddhanth Kapoor's video from party where he was nabbed goes viral, Luv Sinha slams police officials

It was earlier reported that Shraddha Kapoor ’s brother and actor Siddhanth Kapoor has been detained by the Bengaluru police for alleged drug consumption. According to a news report in BollywoodLife, Siddhanth had been consuming drugs at a party on Sunday (June 12) night. After getting a tip-off, the police officials raided the party which was being hosted at the MG Road in Bengaluru. Now a video of the actor from the party he was arrested has been going viral. Apart from this, veteran actor Shatrughan Sinha’s son Luv Sinha also slammed the police officials who nabbed Siddhanth.

Talking about the same, the video of Siddhanth Kapoor that has been going viral shows him Djing at the party wherein the raid was later conducted. It seems like a rave party where the Chehre actor has donned the hat of the DJ. The crowd can be seen visibly enjoying him playing catchy music. Take a look at the same.

Meanwhile, veteran actor Shatrughan Sinha’s son Luv Sinha shared a chain of tweets regarding the controversy. Luv stated that although he is against the consumption of drugs, he feels that the police officials should arrest producers and the dealers of the drugs more than the people who are consuming them. Luv Sinha’s tweets read, “I won’t comment on #SiddhanthKapoor but I would like to know that If our respected officials are as efficient as they would like us to believe then how is drug use rampant amongst the elite, the underprivileged, the youth, and so easy to buy.”

He furthermore added, “Selectively highlighting the arrest of an individual seems like an effort to show that they are doing their job, instead of actually doing it. I’m against the consumption of drugs, but until the rot in the justice system has been cleaned up things won’t improve. Arrest the producers, dealers, and not just the users who may get addicted to a substance that can affect their lives negatively and has an impact on so many others indirectly. I hope that my friend Siddhant comes out of this stronger and wiser.”
