Aamir Khan's daughter Ira Khan and Nupur Shikhare's lockdown love story: From bonding over workout sessions to entering marital bliss

Aamir Khan’s daughter Ira Khan is all set to tie the knot with her longtime beau Nupur Shikhare on January 3, 2023. The two do not leave any stone unturned to shell out major couple goals. As they go towards marital bliss, here’s taking a look at their relationship timeline which was nothing less than a fairytale.

Talking about the same, Ira met Nupur in the year 2020 during the lockdown. Nupur who is a celebrity fitness trainer by profession was roped in by his soon-to-be father-in-law and superstar Aamir Khan himself. Ira happened to shift to her father’s house during the lockdown and it was then that she met Nupur. She also started training under him and while the focus was on the workout, the duo soon started bonding while sharing each other’s life experiences which made them come closer. As destiny would have it, love soon blossomed between the two.

The couple made it official in the year 2021. Ira shared some delightful pictures with Nupur in February 2021 declaring him as her ‘Valentine.’ Soon, the two started to paint the town red with their love and the Ira shared many pictures and videos with Shikhare for the world to see. Not only this but it was also visible that their respective families also adore them since Nupur and Ira became regular attendees in any special events hosted by their families.

In September 2022, Nupur proposed to Ira at a public event and the latter was only too happy to accept. It truly made for an endearing moment. In November 2022, the couple hosted an engagement bash which was attended by their close family members and friends.

Ira and Nupur performed their Kelvan ceremony recently. It was a joyous moment that also saw the presence of both their mothers Reena Dutta and Pritam Shikhare. Ira also won our hearts as she tried to speak in Marathi.

Apart from this, Ira also looked stunning in a saree and a traditional Nath. We surely cannot wait for their wedding day. Aamir also confirmed the wedding date in a recent event.
