Ahan Shetty left a strong mark in the mind of the audience with his fiery performance in his debut flick Tadap . The movie also starred Tara Sutaria in the lead role and was a Hindi remake of the Telugu movie RX100. In his latest interview, the actor spoke on why he does not wish his father Suniel Shetty to produce his movies.

In his recent interview with Hindustan Times, Ahan Shetty revealed that one tends to lose a sense of professionalism while working with a family member. The actor said, “I don’t think I would want to put that kind of pressure on my father. I feel that when you are working with family, you tend to lose that sense of professionalism because you want to do everything right by them and agree with them. I don’t want the line between relationships and professional life to get blurred.”

Ahan Shetty went on to say that currently, it is best for his family members to not be involved in his work. However, the actor hinted that he might collaborate with his father in the future. Earlier in December, Ahan spoke in an exclusive interview with Desimartini about the comparisons between Tadap and RX100.

The actor said, “But it's how you take that- the comparisons. I think you shouldn't let the outside pressures get to you. You shouldn't let what people around you are saying get to you. We were focusing on Tadap. Tara was playing Ramisha and I was playing Ishana, and that was our main focus. We weren't really focusing on or like we're making a remake of RX 100. We kind of went into it as thinking of it as we are making an original film."

Talking about the movie, it was helmed by Milan Luthria. It also starred Saurabh Shukla and Kumud Mishra in pivotal roles. On the work front, Ahan Shetty will reportedly be seen in Ashiqui 3.
