    On Christmas eve, Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor joined their extended family in a heartwarming celebration at filmmaker Mahesh Bhatt’s residence. Producer Karan Johar and director Ayan Mukerji also participated in the joyous gathering alongside Pooja Bhatt and Shaheen Bhatt. The paparazzi clicked Alia, Ranbir, Shaheen, Karan and Ayan outside the filmmaker’s house after the Christmas party wrapped up.

The actress opted for a bright yellow one-shouldered dress with fringes and kept her hair tied in a sleek bun to complete her look. Ranbir, on the other hand, opted for casual attire and wore a white tee, beige pants and a black sleeveless jacket. Shaheen came dressed in black and looked lovely.     Earlier, Alia gave a glimpse of her Christmas festivities on her Instagram stories. Sharing a series of photos, featuring herself with a beautifully decorated Christmas tree in the background, she extended warm wishes. She was dressed in a white pantsuit and hugged her beloved cat, Edward, in the photo which was captioned, "Meowy Christmas."

    Workwise, Alia was last seen in Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani alongside Ranveer Singh. Currently, she is shooting for her next titled Jigra, directed by Vasan Bala and co-produced by her and Karan Johar. On the other hand, Ranbir Kapoor is basking in the success of Animal, which continues to roar at the box office even in its fourth week of release. Directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga, the film amassed Rs 532.77 crore nett at the domestic market and Rs 862.21 crore worldwide gross in three weeks. Ranbir has Nitesh Tiwari’s Ramayana, Brahmastra 2 and Animal Park in his kitty.
