‘Aloo baby in Seoul’: Alia Bhatt speaks Korean, meets Dakota Johnson in BTS clip from Gucci event; leaves fans ecstatic

Earlier this week while Sara Ali Khan and Mrunal Thakur headed to France for their Cannes 2023 debut, their fellow Bollywood beauty Alia Bhatt jetted off to Seoul, South Korea. The Gangubai Kathiawadi actress attended the star-studded Gucci Cruise 2024 fashion show as their newest Global Ambassador and first Indian Ambassador. She looked quite pretty in her retro black dress, which featured see through polka dots outlined with rhinestones. The beauty even made headlines with her transparent Gucci bag, which was a style statement but was trolled for being empty.

Much to the delight of fans, Alia has now shared a behind the scenes video on her official social media handle. This is a ‘get ready with me’ clip which gives us a sneak peek into what went down in her vanity room before the actress took Seoul and the fashion show by storm. The video begins with Alia sitting in her bathrobe, asking how one says ‘hello’ in the native language. She then very cutely greets the camera in Korean and invites the crew into her room. Like anybody visiting Korea for the first time, Alia is in absolute awe.

The actress goes on to describe her Gucci dress as very fun but also classic. She further reveals that her hair and makeup is also very different from ever before. While her eye makeup was strong, her hair was tied back into a ponytail. Another highlight of this video was when Alia bumped into Fifty Shades of Grey actress Dakota Johnson at the fashion show. In the comment section below, fans just can’t stop gushing. One social media user wrote: “My Aloo baby in Seoul🤌😭❤️”, whereas another happy fan shared, “ALIA X DAKOTA is something I never imagined❤️.” A third comment written by a proud fan read: “Here for the one presenting our country proudly here for our alia.
