Anil Kapoor pens a heartwarming birthday wish for brother Sanjay Kapoor, shares what he admires about the latter

As Sanjay Kapoor turns 60, his brother and actor Anil Kapoor penned a heartfelt note while reminiscing about the old times. The Juggjug Jeeyo actor posted a series of throwback photos and alongside stated how deeply he admires his spirit, humour, and never die attitude. He also hoped for wonderful years for him as a family man as well as an actor.

Taking to his Instagram handle, Anil took a stroll down memory lane as he dropped black and white pictures from his younger days. In the first picture, Anil is sharing a hearty laugh with his two brothers– Boney and Sanjay. The second photo seems to be from one of their Karwa Chauth celebration as Sanjay holds a sieve while Anil smiles looking at him. The third picture is behind-the-scenes from Mr.India as in the photo, Anil and Sridevi are sitting in a vehicle while Sanjay is standing behind. The last group photo features Amitabh Bachchan, Anil Kapoor, Juhi Chawla, Sanjay, and Pooja Bhatt.

Anil captioned the post as, “Sanjay, I admire your spirit , humour, never die attitude , the way you look after and love our mother and your family...I truly believe that 60 is just the beginning of even more wonderful decades for you, not just as a family man, but also as an artist. Happy 60th Birthday Sanjay! Love you.” Not only Anil but his daughter and actress Sonam Kapoor also dropped an adorable birthday wish for her uncle Sanjay on his 60th birthday.

Sonam also shared a string of throwback pictures with Sanjay on her Instagram handle. In one of the pictures, Sonam is seen hanging in the arms of Sanjay along with other kids. Alongside the photos, she wrote, “Happy happy birthday chachu! We love you! To the funnest coolest uncle, we hope we always party with you! Jiyo hazaro saal! Happy 60!”

On the other hand, Sanjay’s wife Maheep Kapoor , who recently appeared on Netflix’s Fabulous Lives Of Bollywood Wives season 2, offered a glimpse at his 60th birthday celebration. “Happy Birthday to our rock ♥️ my teammate ♥️ Grateful for you always , everyday #60NeverLookedSoGood Love you & to many , many , many celebrations together”, she wrote in her Instagram post enclosing birthday videos and photos.
