Anupam Kher shares selfie with Kangana ‘Queen’ Ranaut before the oath ceremony

After the successful completion of the just concluded Lok Sabha 2024 elections, all eyes were trained on June 9! The reason? Well… June 9 was the date decided for the grand swear-in ceremony of Narendra Modi as the Prime Minister of India. And guess what! With this oath ceremony, Narendra Modi becomes the second minister after Jawaharlal Nehru to be sworn in as the Prime Minister for the third time in a row!

Needless to say, the grand event saw many of the who’s who across many sectors. There were many celebs from not just Bollywood, but also from the southern film industry as well. While one could see superstars Rajinikanth and Suressh Gopi (who had just become the MP, Minister of Parliament) from the south film industry, there was Shah Rukh Khan, Kangana Ranaut (who too had just become the MP), Anupam Kher and others.

Speaking about Kangana Ranaut and Anupam Kher, the latter took to social media and posted a couple of photographs with the former. Anupam Kher, after posting the pics, went onto caption the post stating, ‘QUEEN!! Before the Oath Ceremony!’

No sooner did the veteran actor post the pics, there were many who took to the comments section and wrote congratulatory messages. While one wrote, ‘Brave man with brave women .. both have spine to stand with what's right’, there was another who wrote, ‘This is what I call as two royal and loyal people in one frame. They both have brought immense grace to Bollywood. They both have stood always for what is right and that they both are true legends in their own right’
