Asim Riaz reveals how Sidhu Moosewala encouraged him to make music; Karan Kundrra says ‘ek maa ne apna beta kho diya’

    Sidhu Moosewala was shot dead on 29th May near his village in Mansa district after government curtailed his security. Canada-based gangster Goldy Brar has now taken responsibility for the assassination.

    Popular Punjabi singer and politician Sidhu Moosewala’s untimely death has left the people of our country heartbroken. Soon after his security along with that of others was curtailed by the government to end the VIP culture in the state, he was shot dead near his village in Mansa district. Celebrities from all over have paid the late singer tribute through social media. Bigg Boss 13 runner up and rapper Asim Riaz, who is devastated by the news, remembered his first meeting with Moosewala. He shared, “I remember when i was in Chandigarh you called me over for dinner, i came all the way to moosa pind just to see you and how proud i was to witness an artist like you.”

    Asim further revealed, “You made me listen songs from your album moosetape ,we had conversations how tupac was so fearless, about his music and all the west and east coast conversations, we ate food from the same plate and you made me have missi Roti ,we had a ball brother that nite and then later you told me after when i made you listen my built in pain track.. Asim dont stop making music ,that thing is gonna stay with me for ever sidhu and your music.. RIp @sidhu_moosewala.”

    Actor and television anchor Karan Kundrra also spoke about the shocking incident during his interaction with the media. He stated, “Ek maa ne apna beta kho diya, woh bhi aisi situation mein.. maine kuchh videos dekhi jo aayi thi. Dil jo hai naa, aise dehela dene waali visuals thi.” Karan further talked about how much Sidhu had achieved at such a young age. He went on to add that it's not allowed to own guns in our country and this is not Afghanistan where one can roam around freely with a weapon.

    The latest development in the case is that Canada-based gangster Goldy Brar has taken responsibility for Moosewala’s assassination.
