Bhojpuri star Pawan Singh uses women like props in his films, says Yamini Singh; praises THIS actor instead

Bhojpuri superstar Pawan Singh might enjoy a humongous fan following but he is not without his own share of controversies. The actor was recently accused by actress Yamini Singh of using his female co-stars as just props in his films. Yamini who’s also a popular name in the Bhojpuri film industry also revealed that she doesn’t wish to work with Pawan anymore.

According to a news report in News18, Yamini Singh revealed to a publication that Bhojpuri actresses are just reduced as fillers in Pawan Singh’s films which she feels is not justified. The Jaadu Ishq Ka actress said that women do not have enough room to perform in Pawan’s films so she doesn’t want to work with him. However, Yamini also acknowledged the fact that the megastar’s enigmatic star power will always guarantee the success of his movies.

The actress also revealed that she was collaborating with Pawan Singh for a Bhojpuri film that couldn’t be completed. However, if on one hand, Yamini Singh criticized Pawan, she was all praise for his arch-industry rival, Khesari Lal Yadav . The Patthar Ke Sanam actress said that it was Khesari who had helped her land projects when she was starting out in the industry.

Yamini recalled that many directors were hesitant to sign her since they found her too tall in comparison to her male counterparts. For the unversed, the Note Bandi actress has a height of 5 feet 11 inches because of which many filmmakers felt that she will be too tall for the male actors onscreen. However, Yamini Singh recalled that it was Khesari Lal Yadav who made her feel comfortable about her height. She also added that she was initially nervous while working with him in a film but his humble and grounded nature on the sets made her feel comfortable. Well, we now wonder how Pawan Singh has to react on these not-so-pleasant allegations.
