Dwayne Johnson shares new and exciting BTS pics from the sets of Black Adam

The actor has announced via Instagram that the first trailer for the upcoming superhero movie will be out this Thursday(June 9), the newly posted BTS pictures don't give way much in terms of plot but do offer a better look of the actor in his superhero costume.

reshoots for the movie began in May, which is becoming a common occurrence with superhero movies and hopefully, the movie will live up to high when it comes out this October .

Dwayne Johnson had said in multiple interviews that Black Adam will change the power dynamic of the DCEU .

There are rumors that the reshoots are trying to deepen the movie's connection with the rest of the DCEU especially the upcoming Shazam: Fury of the Gods which will hit theaters just two months after Black Adam.

In the comics, Black Adam and Shazam are rivals so it will not be surprising to see a cameo or even an epic clash in Shazam 2.

Black Adam shares the same powers as Shazam, he was the first champion chosen by the great wizard but when he started to use his powers for his own needs and desires he was imprisoned for 5000 years.

The movie will also introduce the Justice Society of America, a superhero team like the Justice League which includes heroes like Atom Smasher, Hawkman, Cyclone, and Dr. Fate.

The cast of Black Adam includes Dwayne Johnson, Noah Centineo, Aldis Hodge, Sarah Shahi, Quintessa Swindell, and Pierce Brosnan, the movie is directed by Jaume Collet-Serra

Black Adam will hit the big screen on October 21, 2022.
