Indian Matchmaking 2’s Sima Taparia trolled by netizens for her views on Priyanka Chopra & Nick Jonas; fan calls her a ‘hazard’

It was a pleasant surprise for fans when global icon Priyanka Chopra and American singer Nick Jonas started dating. After a brief courtship period, they tied the nuptial knot in a grand wedding at the Umaid Bhawan Palace in Jodhpur. Today, they have been happily married for four long years and are proud parents of daughter Malti Marie Chopra Jonas. While most fans can’t stop gushing over how perfect their love story is, sadly there are still some who feel that Priyanka and Nick don’t make a ‘good pair’.

One such individual is Mumbai matchmaker Sima Taparia . In a recent episode of her show Indian Matchmaking season 2, while she discussed potential grooms with her client Nadia, Sima aunty mentioned Priyanka and Nick. Talking about their 10 year long age difference, she stated, “I don’t feel it’s a good match. Sorry to tell that. They have married but it’s not a good match. He looks so small and petite in front of her and she looks elder.” Well, this did not go down well with fans who are now trolling her on social media.

This topic came up because Nadia was considering a man named Vishal who is seven years younger to her. While Sima felt he is a good boy, she decided to drop him from the list of Nadia’s potential grooms because she felt their maturity level won’t match. Nadia had agreed and had stated, “I think when a guy is seven years older, it’s okay. But for the girl to be seven years older, I don’t know. May be I am old-fashioned.”
