'Itni nafrat get well soon': Kangana brutally trolled for ranting against Karan’s Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani

Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut hasn’t yet stopped bashing filmmaker Karan Johar and his recent Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani. The actress in a new post called out the filmmaker for manipulating the perception of his movies through paid PR. She also indirectly blamed him for ‘selling mediocrity as pure and genius’. While her fans lauded her thoughts on upgrading the standards of art in the film industry, a section of netizens mercilessly criticised her negative behaviour and obsession with Karan.

Taking to her Instagram handle, the Dhaakad actress shared an old video of Karan, and wrote, “Karan Johar ji bol rahe hain ki main paise phenk ke kuch bhi karwa sakta hoon… kuch bhi perception build kar sakta hoon…Kya yeh sirf apni films ko hit karate hain apna maheemamandan karte hain ya dusaron ka negative PR aur unki hit films ko flop bhi karate hain ?” In another post, she continued, “It’s not a crime to do atrocious work but to warp people’s perception to think of worse as best and best as worse is demonic, evil and malicious… Hindi film industry is like a sinking ship we need to look deep within and see what is causing holes in our own ship… Hope better sense prevails it’s never too late to do the right thing."

As soon as her post went online, a number of social media users slammed Kangana’s incessant rant against Karan. “Stop bitching on entire bollywood.. your movies are no less than crap..If Tiku weds sheru would have released in theaters, it would not had collected 1 crore even.. and lets c Tejas, another disaster in making..” The second user reacted, “Nepo kids are mediocre...agree....But U too are mediocre and you yourself claim to be the best actress Bollywood has ever produced...So you are also doing a crime by trying to sell your mediocrity as something genius.” “You’re so obsessed with the man. Seems like there’s always someone you’re obsessed with..your hate and jealousy is so evident and immense, it’s doing nothing to anyone else but you. You have mental health issues that unfortunately the people around you are ignoring and not helping you get much-needed medical help for,” added another.

Meanwhile, Karan’s Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani is inching closer to the Rs 50 crore mark at the domestic box office in just four days of release. Kangana, on the other hand, will next be seen in her upcoming directorial, Emergency.
