    There has been a surge in the number of coronavirus cases in the last few months. Theatres, which had finally reopened, are shutting down again and curfew has been imposed in many states of our country. Bollywood has also been struck with the virus again and many celebrities such as Kareena Kapoor Khan, Amrita Arora, Mrunal Thakur , Arjun Kapoor and Rhea Kapoor tested positive for it in the last one month. Kareena and Amrita have now recovered while the rest are in quarantine. Well, another Bollywood star has now contracted coronavirus.

    Actor John Abraham took to his official social media handle this morning to announce that he and his wife Priya have been quarantined after they tested positive for novel coronavirus. He shared a health update which said they are showing mild symptoms. John wrote: “I came in contact 3 days ago with someone who I later learned had COVID. Priya & I have tested positive for COVID. We have been quarantined at home so haven't been in contact with anyone else. We are both vaccinated & experiencing mild symptoms. Please stay well and healthy. Masks up.”

    Meanwhile on the work front, John was last seen on the big screen in Milap Zaveri’s vigilante action film Satyameva Jayate 2 in a triple role, opposite Divya Khosla Kumar. Up next, he has three exciting and much anticipated projects in his kitty-- Pathan co-starring Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone , Attack alongside Jacqueline Fernandez and Rakul Preet Singh , and Ek Villain Returns, which also stars Arjun Kapoor, Disha Patani and Tara Sutaria .
