The gorgeous Katrina Kaif and heartthrob Vicky Kaushal , two of Bollywood’s most popular and adored actors, gave their fans a wonderful surprise on 9th December this year. After several rumors about their wedding went viral, the love birds finally made things official by tying the nuptial knot in an intimate but grand ceremony at the Six Senses Fort Barwara in Rajasthan. They were joined by their families and close friends from the industry. Soon after the ceremony, the newlyweds jetted off to Maldives for their honeymoon and returned to Mumbai last week.

Well, fans expected the actress to resume shooting for Tiger 3 after taking some time off work post her wedding. However, the latest report shared by ETimes has now revealed that Katrina is ready to jump back into work, but it won’t be with Salman Khan . According to the portal, Katrina may begin shooting for Sriram Raghavan ’s Merry Christmas in a Mumbai studio in the coming days. Also starring South superstar Vijay Sethupathi, the edge of the seat thriller is being produced by Ramesh Taurani. The project was earlier described as ‘a high concept film’ which would be made on a controlled budget.

This should not come as a surprise because back in January this year, reports had suggested that Katrina will juggle between Salman starrer Tiger and Merry Christmas for a brief period. Nevertheless, the coming year is going to be pretty busy for the new bride. Other than Tiger 3 and Merry Christmas, Kat’s exciting line up of projects includes horror comedy Phone Bhoot alongside Siddhant Chaturvedi and Ishaan Khatter , and Farhan Akhtar's much awaited Jee Le Zaraa co-starring Priyanka Chopra Jonas and Alia Bhatt . We wish her all the best!
