‘Multiverse event’: Diljit Dosanjh joins Ed Sheeran on stage, latter sings in Punjabi sending fans into a frenzy; watch

One Indian superstar who is leaving no stones unturned to win hearts and dominate the world with his talent is Diljit Dosanjh. May it be his hilarious reels where he leaves us in splits with his voice overs, or his banger performances, Diljit has made a permanent place in our hearts. Just recently he left netizens in awe when he made Bollywood’s Baadshah Shah Rukh Khan and the OG icon Kareena Kapoor Khan dance to his killer beats at Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant’s pre-wedding festivities. Well, Diljit has now sent his fans into a frenzy yet again.

Last night the Punjabi singer joined beloved English singer and songwriter Ed Sheeran on stage at latter’s concert in Mumbai. This event was a part of Ed’s Mathematics Asia Tour but it was his surprise collaboration with Dosanjh which shook the crowd as well as the entire internet. As if things couldn’t get any crazier, Ed sang in Punjabi for the first time ever! In videos shared by both of the singers on their official social media handles, Ed and Diljit gave an unforgettable performance on latter’s chartbuster hit song Lover.

Along with this video, Diljit shared, “@teddysphotos Brother Singing in PANJABI for the First Time BURRAAAA 🤟🏾 Chak deya Ge 😎”. Meanwhile, Ed wrote: “Got to bring out @diljitdosanjh tonight in Mumbai and sing in Punjabi for the first time. I’ve had such an incredible time in India, more to come !” As expected, netizens just can’t get enough. In the comment section below, one shared, “I was standing in the audience shrieking like a fan girl. This was the multiverse event nobody expected”, whereas another wrote: “The crossover we never knew we needed!!👑🔥 CRAZY!!!” Actor Varun Dhawan commented: “Global domination”, while rapper Badshah gushed, “Bro got ed paaji as guitarist 🧿❤️.”
