    Actress Anushka Sharma is all set to make her debut appearance at the prestigious Cannes Film Festival 2023. The actress on Sunday morning was spotted at the airport in a comfortable chic outfit, all ready to fly to France. She looked in a hurry as she made her way to the entry gate at the airport.

    The video that surfaced on the internet shows the Sultan actress wearing a white T-shirt paired with black pants. She sported a cap, a pair of sunglasses and a sling bag to complete her look. Reacting to the clip, one of the fans wrote, “Beauty without touch up” Another fan added, “Hope she serves us something!” On the other hand,a section of netizens trolled her.     At Cannes, Anushka will be honouring women in cinema along with Hollywood icon Kate Winslet.The actress’ look for the red carpet will be a surprise as no details have been revealed about it as yet. Before her, Indian actresses like Aishwarya Rai Bachchan,Priyanka Chopra Jonas, Deepika Padukone, Aditi Rao Hydari, Sara Ali Khan, Urvashi Rautela, Manushi Chhillar, and Mrunal Thakur, among others have already made their debut.

    Besides Anushka’s debut, Anurag Kashyap’s upcoming film Kennedy is all set to be showcased at the Midnight Screenings section of the film gala. The film stars Rahul Bhat and Sunny Leone in lead roles.At Cannes Film Festival’s Directors’ Fortnight section, Kanu Behl’s Agra would be screened. is directed by Kanu Behl.

    Meanwhile, Anushka was last seen in Aanand L Rai’s Zero alongside Shah Rukh Khan and Katrina Kaif. She is all set to appear in a sports drama,Chakda Express, after a hiatus of five years. The film is based on the life of Indian women's cricket’s fast bowler Jhulan Goswami. The film will exclusively stream on Netflix.
