Pathaan: A fiery Deepika Padukone strikes a bullet straight into your heart in this thrilling first look

Deepika Padukone fans, where are you at? The wait is finally over as the actress has unveiled her look from the upcoming anticipated espionage actioner flick, Pathaan . The actress will be seen alongside Shah Rukh Khan in the movie and we now finally have a glimpse of her fiery and intense character. The movie has been directed by Siddharth Anand and will be produced by Yash Raj Films .

Talking about the same, Deepika Padukone can be seen firing a bullet from a gun in the motion announcement poster. We then get a closeup of her intense glare in the same. One can also see that the actress’ character from Pathaan seems to have suffered a wound on the forehead. The scene looks like a major action sequence. Take a look at the same.

Siddharth Anand furthermore claimed that Deepika Padukone will have a magnetic aura in Pathaan. He said, “I have worked with her very early in her career and have seen her evolve over the years into a completely different and hungry actor. The first look of Deepika Padukone in Pathaan hints at her magnetic aura that people will be a witness to.”He also feels that Deepika is a true pan-India superstar and her presence in Pathaan makes the project supremely exciting. The filmmaker said, “Deepika is a rare actor with a pan-Indian appeal like no other and having her in a film, looking the way she is, is a huge USP. We wanted to cast someone who has an appeal across gender and age and there is no bigger star in India today than Deepika Padukone.
