Rajinikanth, Amitabh Bachchan, Ram Charan, Chiranjeevi and others arrive for Ram Mandir Pran Pratishtha

On the occasion of the Ram Mandir Pran Pratishtha, cinematic luminaries, including the legendary Rajinikanth, Amitabh Bachchan, Chiranjeevi and other A-listers have arrived in Ayodhya. Power couples Alia Bhatt-Ranbir Kapoor, Katrina Kaif-Vicky Kaushal, along with Ayushmann Khurrana, filmmaker Rohit Shetty and Kangana Ranaut reached the grand temple on Monday morning, ahead of the consecration event.

Amitabh was accompanied by his son Abhishek Bachchan, while Jaya Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan gave it a miss. The megastar was dressed in a white kurta-pajama and shawl. Rajinikanth opted for a white kurta-pjama and brown shawl for the spiritual ceremony. Chiranjeevi and Ram Charan along with family boarded a private plane from Hyderabad to Ayodhya. The RRR actor looked dashing in a beige kurta-pyjama, while his father Chiranjeevi turned up in a dhoti kurta. Several pictures and videos from the consecration ceremony are doing rounds on the internet.

Among others, Madhuri Dixit, Madhur Bhandarkar, Anupam Kher, Rajkumar Hirani, Sonu Nigam, Shankar Mahadevan, Jackie Shroff, Anuradha Paudwal, and Vivek Oberoi, were also in attendance.Ramayana icons Arun Govil, Deepika Chikhalia, and Sunil Lahiri also became part of the celebration. Industrialist Mukesh Ambani came along with his wife Nita Ambani, sons Akash and Anant, daughter Isha Ambani and daughter-in-laws Shloka and Radhika. Newlyweds Randeep Hooda and Lin Laishram also graced the ceremony. Celebrities were also clicked by the paparazzi outside the Mumbai airport in traditional wear hours before the event.

Meanwhile, Prime Minister Narendra Modi unveiled the Ram Lalla idol at Ram Mandir in Ayodhya. The ceremony began at 12:20 pm. Several distinguished personalities had received invitations to the Ram Mandir Pran Pratishtha ceremony, with some already present in Ayodhya and others en route. The grand event saw the presence of around 7,000 VVIPs including actors, sportspersons, industrialists, politicians, etc, from across the nation.
