    As we all know, the happily married and very successful Alia Bhatt is currently expecting her first child with husband Ranbir Kapoor . The beauty is reportedly in her second trimester and her adorable baby bump has started showing. Fans can’t stop gushing over her radiant pregnancy glow as she promotes her upcoming film Brahmastra. Well, recently during a live chat, as Alia explained why they have not branched out to promote the film, Ranbir looked at her belly and stated, “Well, I can see somebody has phailod.”

    Alia was stumped but took it as a joke and moved on. But her fans were not happy with Ranbir’s comment and accused him of body shaming his pregnant wife. Well, in a recent media interaction, the actor reacted to all the hate he is receiving and apologized. Ranbir stated, “Firstly let me start with I love my life, uh wife with everything I have in my life. And what happened on that I think is a joke which didn’t turn out to be funny and I really want to apologize to anyone, if I have triggered anyone. You know, it was not my intention so I say sorry to whoever got triggered or offended.”

    Talking about how his wife reacted, he shared, “I spoke to Alia about it and she really laughed it off and she didn't mind it. But I do have a bad sense of humor, that sometimes I kind of fall flat on my own face. So I'm sorry if I have hurt anyone.” Well, in the comment section of this new clip, many fans have come out in Ranbir’s support. One netizen even commented: “How was that joke even offensive lol people these days are so damn sensitive.”
