Ranbir Kapoor not a part of wife Alia Bhatt's baby shower? Here's what has been planned by the Kapoors

Alia Bhatt is in the final leg of the third trimester of her pregnancy. She will be welcoming her first child with her husband Ranbir Kapoor anytime soon. Her doting mother-in-law Neetu Kapoor and mother Soni Razdan have planned to host an intimate yet adorable baby shower ceremony at the end of this month.

Reportedly, the intimate celebration will be only attended by girls. Well, we wonder if Ranbir Kapoor and other male members will give it amiss. From Alia’s sister Shaheen Bhatt, sister-in-laws Kareena Kapoor Khan, Riddhima Kapoor, Karisma Kapoor, and her besties Akansha Ranjan and Anushka Ranjan will be among the guests. Her relatives including Shweta Bachchan, her daughter Navya Nanda, and Aarti Shetty among others have also confirmed to attend the ceremony according to Pinkvilla.

Just like Alia and Ranbir’s wedding was an intimate affair, it is expected that the baby shower party will be in the same fashion. The so-much-in-love couple tied the knot in their Mumbai apartment in presence of only their near and dear ones on April 14. Just three months after their marriage, they announced their pregnancy with a beautiful of themselves from an ultrasonography session. "Our baby coming soon," Alia wrote in her Instagram post.

Well, Alia has been balancing her work life and pregnancy very well. During her pregnancy, she has been filming for her projects like Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani, her international movie titled Heart of Stones, and also promoted her recently released Brahmastra. Talking about her work commitments amid pregnancy, she said that work keeps her heart, soul everything alive and charged.

Meanwhile, Alia is currently riding high in the success of Brahmastra which also marks her first film with her husband Ranbir Kapoor. Directed by Ayan Mukerji and produced by Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions and Star Studios, the film was released on September 9, and since then it has been breaking records at the box office.
