It has been reported that Bollywood actor Randeep is all set to tie the knot with his longtime girlfriend Lin Liashram. He has been in a relationship with the Manipuri actress-model for quite some time now and the couple are said to enter marital bliss by the end of this month. So, here is everything you need to know about Lin.

Talking about the same, Lin was discovered by a modelling agency in Mumbai after which she started being the face of many top brands and commercials. She had a cameo appearance in Om Shanti Om opposite Shah Rukh Khan and also participated in the beauty pageant Miss North East. She ended up as the first runner-up in the pageant which was held in Shillong in 2008. Liashram then participated in the reality show Kingfisher Calender Girl. Although she gained a lot of popularity from the show, she became the first Manipuri model to don a swimsuit on national television which did not go down well with some people from her hometown.

Lin was also working in New York for a long time as a fashion model. She returned to Mumbai and started doing theatre under stalwarts like Naseeruddin Shah and Neeraj Gabi. In 2014, she landed the role of Bembem in Mary Kom opposite Priyanka Chopra. She then starred in the Indie film Umrika alongside Prateik Babbar. Liashram also had a role in the movie Rangoon alongside Kangana Ranaut, Saif Ali Khan, and Shahid Kapoor.

She is a trained archer and was a Junior National Champion in the 1998 Nationals which was held in Chandigarh. Lin started her jewelry line called Shamoo Sana in 2017. Liashram grabbed eyeballs when she revealed in an interview last year that the lead role of Mary Kom should have been essayed by a Manipuri actress. Her statement sparked awareness about the lack of diversity in the film industry. Later, she also thanked Priyanka for agreeing with her thoughts.
