Ranveer Singh surprises Deepika Padukone on their anniversary; ditches diamonds for THIS special gift
To celebrate 4 years of a happy marriage, Ranveer Singh reached wife Deepika Padukone’s office with a special surprise.
One of the most popular and beloved jodis of Tinsel Town, Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone fell head over heels in love with each other while shooting for Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Goliyon Ki Rasleela Ram-Leela in 2012. While the film turned out to be a masterpiece, Deepika and Ranveer found love. After 2 years of dating they got engaged secretly and then 4 years down the line they brought tears of joy to our eyes with their beautiful wedding photos at Lake Como, Italy. Well, yesterday the happy couple celebrated their 4th wedding anniversary.
Sadly Deepika could not take a break from her hectic schedule and spent her day working. But Ranveer, being the doting husband that he is, decided to make her feel special and surprised her by reaching her office with a sweet gift. Along with a snap of Deepika in action with her team, Ranveer shared, “When she has to work on your anniversary so you surprise her at her office...” He went on to add a sweet footnote for his male fans. Ranveer wrote: “Ps: Never underestimate the power of flowers & chocolates. Diamonds not needed buahaha. Take notes & thank me later, gentlemen...”
Deepika has a busy year planned ahead. She is currently gearing up for the release of Pathaan, which is the biggest film of 2023 as it marks Bollywood’s king Shah Rukh Khan’s return to the silver screen. The beauty will also be joining forces with Hrithik Roshan in Siddharth Anand’s aerial action film Fighter. Well, Ranveer has an equally hectic schedule. He will soon shine on the big screen in Rohit Shetty’s period comedy Cirkus. This project marks his very first double role. Up next, Ranveer will reunite on-screen with his Gully Boy co-star Alia Bhatt in Karan Johar’s directorial Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani.
Well, clearly the love birds spent their anniversary together doing things they loved. What can be better than that? We wish them all the happiness!
