Ranveer Singh to be neighbours of these superstars after purchasing a luxurious quadruplex worth Rs 119 crore

Ranveer Singh is touted to be one of the most bankable actors in showbiz currently so it wasn’t a surprise after it has been revealed that he along with his father Jugjeet Sundersingh Bhavnani have purchased a sprawling quadruplex worth Rs 119 crore. Not only this, but Ranveer has now also become neighbors to superstars Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan after the same. The father-son duo buying the property is considered one of the most expensive deals in the residential unit of the country.

The Goliyon Ki Raas Leela: Ram Leela actor and his father’s firm namely Oh Five Oh Media Works LLP have bought the property in Bandra’s Bandstand area. According to some documents provided by Indextap.com, Ranveer Singh bought the building in under-construction Sagar Resham Co-operative Housing Society. The actor’s new residence spans from the 16th to the 19th floor.

According to the documents, the area of Ranveer Singh’s new residence is 11,266 sq ft of carpet area and it also boasts of a terrace of 1,300 sq ft. Not only this but the Dil Dhadakne Do actor will also get access to 19 car parks in the apartment. One can also expect the actor to frequently bump into Salman Khan and Shah Rukh Khan whose Galaxy Apartment and residence Mannat is located close by.

A realtor from Bandra also revealed some interesting details about the house to Hindustan Times. The realtor said, “An old building is now being redeveloped (Sagar Resham). The lower floors will be occupied by the existing residents. The 16th floor is a 4BHK, whereas the remaining three floors 17 to 19 are a penthouse.”
