Runway 34 vs Heropanti 2 box office collection: Ajay Devgn's film sees a drop, Tiger Shroff starrer disappoints further
Ajay Devgn’s Runway 34 and Tiger Shroff starrer Heropanti 2 were released on April 29 to the theatres. Despite the massive buzz, the movies have failed miserably at the box office. The films have also been hit hard by Yash’s KGF: Chapter 2 storm which is still roaring at the box office.

Ajay Devgn ’s Runway 34 and Tiger Shroff starrer Heropanti 2 were released on April 29 to the theatres. Despite the massive buzz, the movies have failed miserably at the box office. The films have also been hit hard by Yash ’s KGF : Chapter 2 storm which is still roaring at the box office.
Talking about Runway 34, the movie has seen a major drop on its 7th day and the total collection now amounts to Rs 24 crore. Despite the Ajay Devgn starrer seeing a slight improvement in between, the collections have now further gone down in the last two days. The movie has only earned Rs 1.70 crore on its seventh day. The total collections of the movie considering the latest earnings come to Rs 24.36 crore.
The movie stars Amitabh Bachchan , Rakul Preet Singh , Boman Irani , Akanksha Singh, and Angira Dhar in the lead roles. It has also been directed by Ajay Devgn. The movie is based on the real-life incident of a Jet Airways flight that had made an emergency landing due to bad weather while traveling from Doha to Kochi.
Talking about Heropanti 2, the film has seen a major decrease in the collections. This might also have to do because of the negative reviews of the movie. The movie has amassed Rs 1.25 crore and now the total collections come to Rs 21 crore only. The movie is even lagging behind Ajay Devgn’s Runway 34 and is furthermore facing stiff competition from KGF: Chapter 2.
Heropanti 2 stars Tiger Shroff, Tara Sutaria , and Nawazuddin Siddiqui in the lead roles. The movie has been helmed by Ahmed Khan and is produced by Sajid Nadiadwala. It is a sequel to the 2014 movie, Heropanti which had also marked Tiger and Kriti Sanon ’s debut in the Hindi film industry.
