Furthermore, Reynolds said that he turns to meditation for a solution. He said, “I tend to overbook myself when I’m spiraling that way. I’m sort of aware of that stuff and I manage it as well as you can.”

The Proposal actor has not shied away from opening up about his struggle with anxiety. In a throwback 2021 interview, Ryan said, “I know that when I felt at the absolute bottom, it's usually been because I felt like I was alone in something I was feeling. So I think when people talk about it, I don't necessarily dwell on it or lament it, but I think it's important to talk about it. And when you talk about it, it kind of sets other people free.”

Meanwhile, Ryan was recently seen attending the NFL game which took place between New York Jets and Kansas City Chiefs at the MetLife Stadium. He was accompanied by his wife and actress Blake Lively along with singer Taylor Swift. On the work front, Reynolds reportedly has projects like Deadpool 3 and Imaginary Friends in the pipeline. Both the movies will be released in 2024.
