Is Dostana 2 on cards again? Kartik Aaryan and Karan Johar's recent outing spark rumours

Kartik Aaryan and Karan Johar are speculated to have resolved their infamous feud and may have joined hands for a project. The rumours began doing rounds on the internet after a video of them exiting from the same building surfaced. Actually, the duo was seen walking out at the same time, albeit separately.

In the video, Kartik could be seen wearing a casual grey t-shirt paired with baggy denim, while Karan sported an oversized white printed shirt and trousers. Their recent outing has also sparked rumours that the Dostana 2 , which was shelved due to their fallout in 2021, may be back on track. Paparazzo Varinder Chawla shared the video on his Instagram with the caption that read, "Something huge is on the wayyy! Both Ks, Karan Johar and Kartik Aaryan are planning something huge together? What is it? any guesses?"

Reacting to it, one of the users wrote, "Huge kya bhai. USA ke president election k liye thodi khade honge. Movie hi ho sakti koi, jo inka kaam hai” Another joked, "Dostana 3 bana daalo direct (make Dostana 3)." For the unawares, Kartik was dropped from Dostana 2 after the shoot was halted due to the Covid-19 pandemic. It was also reported that the actor was acting unprofessional on the sets and also demanded a hike in fees. Since then, there has been professional fall out between him and Karan.

However, Kartik had cleared the air around the feud during his appearance on Aap Ki Adalat. He had said that he never left a film because of money. "Pandemic happened, there was a gap of 1.5 years and there were some pre-planned changes in the script which couldn't happen," he had said. Meanwhile, post the feud, the two have been cordial with each other at several parties and showbiz events.
