Actor Samarth Jurel has decided to opt out of Rohit Shetty-hosted Khatron Ke Khiladi season 14 due to medical reasons. Samarth Jurel, who rose to national fame after participating in the reality television show Bigg Boss, was supposed to enter as a contestant on Khatron Ke Khiladi Season 14 but much to the fan’s disappointment, the actor will not be featuring in the stunt reality show as he is unfit to perform the stunts.

Samarth Jurel opts out of Khatron Ke Khiladi due to injury

According to media reports, actor and former Bigg Boss contestant Samarth Jurel has decided not to participate in the Rohit Shetty-hosted stunt reality show due to a leg injury. Fellow Bigg Boss contestant and actor Abhishek Kumar confirmed this information to Zoom and said that because of medical reasons, Samarth had to opt out of the show as he would not be able to perform any stunts.

The actor also revealed that after their feud in the Bigg Boss house over actress Isha Malviya, Abhishek was looking forward to taking his relationship forward with Samarth.

The update has come as a shocker to Samarth Jurel fans, but the actor has not confirmed the news yet. The actor might join the reality television show as a wild card contestant later in the season.

Another rumour that is doing the rounds on the internet is that after Samarth opted out of the show, actress Mannara Chopra might be approached to feature in Khatron Ke Khiladi Season 14 this year.

In the last season of the reality television show Bigg Boss, Samarth Jurel entered as a wild card contestant, along with his then girlfriend Isha Malviya. Isha’s former boyfriend Abhishek Kumar was also present in the season and the love triangle led to a lot of fights on the show.

Days after the season ended, Samarth in an interview with Pinkvilla revealed that the couple had broken up. He said, “Yes, we are not together anymore. Break up hogaya hai (We've broken up).”

When Isha was asked about this information in an interview with Telly Talk, the actress replied, “Nahi workout ho paya and we are not together (We couldn't work on our issues hence we are not together).”
