Sara Ali Khan hosts Diwali party; ex-boyfriend Kartik Aaryan, Ananya Panday, Aditya Roy Kapur and others attend

Following the candid chat on Koffee With Karan Season 8, Sara Ali Khan hosted a Diwali party at her residence and invited her ex-boyfriend Kartik Aaryan, friend Ananya Panday and her rumoured boyfriend Aditya Roy Kapur. Filmmaker Karan Johar and Bollywood’s BFF Orry aka Orhan Awatramani also graced their presence at the party. Several pictures and videos of celebrities arriving for the party have gone viral on social media.

A paparazzi video features Kartik arriving in a yellow kurta pyjama. The actor even stopped and posed for photographs before entering the party venue. He sported a clean-shaven look and happily posed for the shutterbugs. On the other hand, Ananya Panday opted for an ivory three-piece ethnic ensemble and looked gorgeous. She arrived with Orry, who sported a black-white printed co-ord set. Aditya Roy Kapur graced the party in a maroon kurta which he paired with black denim. Meanwhile, Sara Ali Khan recently appeared on Koffee With Karan Season 8 with Ananya Panday, where she got candid about her personal as well as professional life. She opened up about the break-up with Kartik Aaryan and said that it wasn't easy for anyone to move past any break-up. “When you are involved with anybody, whether it's friends, professionally, romantically, especially if I am, I get involved and invested. It's not like that. It does affect you. But ultimately you have to rise beyond that,” she said.

Workwise, Sara was last seen in Zara Hatke Zara Bachke alongside Vicky Kaushal. She will next be seen in Anurag Basu’s upcoming film, Metro In Dino co-starring Aditya Roy Kapur, Anil Kapoor, Neena Gupta and Anupam Kher among others. Besides it, she also has Homi Adajania’s Murder Mubarak alongside Karisma Kapoor and Vijay Varma.
