'Sasta fan made poster' : Akshay Kumar's Ram Setu new look gets brutally trolled, netizens call it disappointing

Akshay Kumar took to his social media handle just a few minutes ago to share a new poster of his upcoming film Ram Setu . The actor also announced the release date of the movie. However, it seems not many netizens were pleased by the new poster of the movie and rather found it underwhelming.

Talking about the same, the new poster of Ram Setu shows Akshay Kumar’s character of that as an archeologist sporting his salt-and-pepper and spectacles look and giving out an intense stare right in the middle of the poster. In the upper corners of the poster, one can see sketches of some sort of cave that has some hidden treasure locked inside it. The sketches are shown in shades of brown and gold.

While below the poster, one can see some people rowing a boat in the sea while Akshay Kumar’s character along with presumably Nushrratt Bharuccha and Jacqueline Fernandez ’s characters can be seen running along the sides of it. Sharing the same, Akshay wrote, “Join us in this adventurous journey. Ram Setu’s first glimpse today at 12 am. Are you all set?” Take a look at the same.

However, no sooner did the actor share his Ram Setu’s new poster, than the netizens started trolling the same. One of the netizens stated, “Sasta Fan made Poster Lag Raha hai” while a user said, “Poster looks extremely disappointing. I think they’ll turn this good topic into disaster.” Another netizen went on to say, “5th Disaster of 2022” while a user decoded that Ram Setu might be a copy of the Hollywood film National Treasure starring Nicholas Cage and stated, “Looking at the poster art, hope its not a copy of Nicholas Cage movie National treasure.” A netizen added, “Fan made poster bhi esse acha hota hai.”

By the sound of it, it looks like the makers of Ram Setu will be releasing a brief promo or a teaser of the film. The movie has been helmed by Abhishek Sharma. It is all set to be released on October 25, 2022.
