Sean 'Diddy' Combs is contesting allegations that he participated in the gang rape of a 17-year-old girl at his Manhattan recording studio in 2003. In his initial formal response filed in New York on Tuesday, the music mogul refutes claims that he, along with his longtime collaborator Harve Pierre and an unidentified third individual, engaged in the alleged assault on a Jane Doe, as indicated in documents acquired by People.

"[Combs] has never participated in, witnessed, or been presently aware of any misconduct, sexual or otherwise, relating to the plaintiff in any circumstance whatsoever," the filing asserts. The rapper also raised concerns about the photographs included in the plaintiff's complaint, as well as the timing of the lawsuit.

    Denials and Motions to Dismiss

According to the filing, Combs is seeking to have the lawsuit barred because the Victims Gender-Motivated Violence Act is deemed "unconstitutional on its face, both substantively and procedurally."In his response filed on Tuesday, Pierre stated that he "never participated in the sexual assault of the plaintiff nor did he ever witness anyone else sexually assaulting the plaintiff," as per documents. Bad Boy Entertainment, Combs' company, also submitted a response with a motion to dismiss.

    Lawsuit Allegations

In a lawsuit filed in December, Jane Doe accused Combs, Pierre, and the third assailant of sex trafficking and gang rape. According to documents obtained by People, Jane Doe alleged that Pierre approached her at a lounge in Michigan and persuaded her to accompany him and the Third Assailant on a private jet to Combs' recording studio in New York City.

Jane Doe is the fourth individual to accuse Combs of sexual assault in recent months. In November, Combs faced allegations of sexual assault from a third woman in a lawsuit filed in New York County Supreme Court. Another Jane Doe claimed that Combs and singer-songwriter Aaron Hall took turns raping her and a friend in New York City over 30 years ago.

Furthermore, Diddy and Casandra “Cassie” Ventura reached a settlement just one day after the singer filed a lawsuit against him for allegations of rape, sex trafficking, and domestic violence in November. Pierre also faced his own allegations in November, being accused of grooming, sexual harassment, and sexual assault by a former assistant.
