    The makers of Dunki has taken its promotion a notch higher as a special drone show was held in Dubai ahead of the release. The trailer was also screened on the iconic Burj Khalifa. Superstar Shah Rukh Khan witnessed all in person and also expressed gratitude to fans. He can be heard saying, “There is so much love, goodness and thankness that you guys give and have been giving me for so many years. I am extremely grateful and thankful to you.”

    Earlier in the day, Shah Rukh unveiled a new poster featuring him and Taapsee Pannu. Alongside he wrote, “Beyond distances..Beyond boundaries…Beyond love..#Dunki!In Cinemas Tomorrow! Book your tickets now!” Previously, he dropped an intriguing poster in which he is standing with Vikram Kochhar and Taapsee Pannu in a desert looking at their shadows leaving the land.“Dunki, apne RISHTE peeche chhod aate hain. Ek din wahi RISHTE, unhe ghar wapas kheench laate hain. 2 days to go for #Dunki,” he captioned it.

    Meanwhile, Dunki is an upcoming comedy-drama which is based on donkey flights, an illegal immigration technique. Directed by Rajkumar Hirani, the film also stars Boman Irani and Vicky Kaushal in pivotal roles. Backed by Red Chillies Entertainment, the film is slated to hit theatres worldwide on December 21, 2023. So far, the film has sold around 3.65 lakh tickets in advance booking, which is worth approximately Rs 10.39 crore in India.
