Shahid Kapoor and Kiara Advani celebrate 3 years of Kabir Singh with a Koffee With Karan 7 twist

Today marks the release date of the romantic drama Kabir Singh which starred Shahid Kapoor and Kiara Advani in the lead roles. The movie was released on June 21, 2019. Shahid took to his social media handle to share a video celebrating the milestone but the post also had a Koffee With Karan 7 twist.

Talking about the same, the video shows Shahid Kapoor and Kiara Advani coming face to face with each other and then making a stylish entrance together. Shahid looks dapper in a white shirt that he has paired up with a grey blazer and pants. On the other hand, Kiara looks beautiful in a sleeveless white gown. The two can be seen entering together amidst the backdrop of the film’s ‘Wadawow’ background score.

However, the video had a connection with Karan Johar ’s chat show, Koffee With Karan 7 which also did not go unnoticed by the fans. If one looks closely at the video, one can make out that Shahid Kapoor and Kiara Advani can be seen entering the KJo’s chat show set. Many fans also enquired about the same. This only means that the 7th season of the popular celebrity chat show will see the beloved Kabir Singh pair together which will be nothing less than a treat for all their fans.

Shahid Kapoor captioned the same stating, “3 years of Kabir and Preeti” along with a couple emoji. The movie was a Hindi remake of the 2017 Telugu film Arjun Reddy and marked the biggest blockbuster of Shahid’s film career. Take a look at the post.

The movie was helmed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga who had also helmed the original film starring Vijay Deverakonda and Shalini Pandey in the lead roles.
