Shehnaaz Gill goes live from hospital after being admitted; Anil Kapoor sends good vibes, calls her ‘next Mumtaz’
Shehnaaz Gill has been hospitalized, but that isn’t stopping her from interacting with her fans. She was even joined by Anil Kapoor when she went live last night
Ever since she stepped out of Bigg Boss 13 after winning hearts, Shehnaaz Gill has been busy climbing the ladder of success. After giving the Punjabi film industry a major hit and making her Bollywood debut with Salman Khan, she is now soaring high on the success of her second Hindi movie, Thank You For Coming. But the beauty has now been forced to take a break from tiring promotions and her hectic work schedule due to her health. Just last night Shehnaaz came live on Instagram to share that she has been admitted to the hospital because she is down with food poisoning. Co-producer Rhea Kapoor also paid her a visit at the Kokilaben Hospital.
In her live video, when a fan called Shehnaaz ‘cute’, she joked that she has put on a filter. The actress went on to share that she got an infection after eating a sandwich outside. She also showed us her ‘view’-- Rhea sitting on a chair close to Shehnaaz’s hospital bed. Rhea’s superstar father and Shehnaaz’s co-star, the evergreen Anil Kapoor also joined the live interaction. In the comment section, he greeted the beauty before calling her the ‘next Mumtaz’. Shehnaaz was touched, but left us in splits when she asked Rhea if Mumtaz is an actress. Anil ji then joined her live video for a few seconds from his home.
In the comment section below, there were some who trolled Shehnaaz for going live from a hospital. A few even accused her of trying to gain sympathy. But once again, hate was overshadowed by the love she received. Her fans showered her with blessings and wished her a speedy recovery. For instance, one social media user wrote: “Hospital me bhi itni positive energy koyi shehnaaz se sikhe ,dukh me bhi entertainment kar hi leti hai kya bat kya bat kya bat🤗”, whereas another fan shared, “Bandi badi positive hai yaar.”
While Shehnaaz is recovering from food poisoning, her role in Thank You For Coming is being widely appreciated in theatres. We wish her all the best and hope she feels better soon!
