We have now learned that Sidharth and Kiara’s wedding might have a unique connection to Rajkummar Rao and Patralekhaa’s marriage.

According to a news report in Pinkvilla, Sidharth Malhotra and Kiara Advani have started searching for a suitable venue for their big day. A source close to the couple has revealed that one of the properties that they have their eyes on is Chandigarh’s lavish The Oberoi Sukhvilas Spa & Resorts. Talking about the luxurious location, this is the same place where Rajkummar Rao and Patralekhaa had tied the knot.

The report quoted the source close to Sidharth Malhotra and Kiara Advani to reveal, “They (Kiara and Sidharth) also gave a thought on changing the destination to Goa but considering Sidharth's big-fat Punjabi family, the plan of tying knot in Goa was dropped.” Talking about the couple, they have been reportedly dating for quite some time now even though they never publicly spoke about it. However, the love was quite evident in Koffee With Karan 7 wherein both Sidharth and Kiara couldn’t control almost confirming their relationship. Karan Johar who shares a close equation with both of them demanded that he should be invited to their wedding and we are sure that the producer will make it to the guest list. Not only this but Kiara’s Kabir Singh co-star Shahid Kapoor also hinted at a ‘special announcement’ happening at the end of the year.

Earlier, a news report in Bollywood Hungama had also stated that Sidharth Malhotra and Kiara Advani might also have a reception in Mumbai after getting married in Chandigarh. This reception will have the crème-de-la-crème of the industry in attendance. On the work front, after the success of Shershaah, Sidharth and Kiara will also collaborate on a romantic flick titled Adal Badal.
