Actor Arjun Kapoor is set to grace the silver screen as an antagonist in Rohit Shetty’s next, Singham Again. As the actor wraps up the shoot, he penned an emotional note to director Rohit Shetty, expressing his gratitude for being a part of the entertaining franchise of the Singham films. Calling Singham Again one of the biggest milestones of his career, Arjun said that he cannot wait for his hard work to light up the silver screen.

Arjun Kapoor wraps up shooting for Singham Again

Taking to Instagram, Arjun Kapoor shared a black-and-white photo of himself with director Rohit Shetty. Feeling emotional after wrapping up the shoot for Singham Again, Arjun penned a heartfelt note for the director of the film, Rohit Shetty and claimed it was one of the biggest milestones of his career.

He wrote in the caption, “Rohit Shetty ke cop universe ka villain!!! I have wrapped up my work on ‘Singham Again’!!! My 20th film & one of the biggest milestones of my career with a director who is the boss of MASS CINEMA!!! I feel blessed to be a part of one of the most entertaining franchises in Indian cinema. Can’t wait for our hard work to light up the silver screen soon !!!”

Arjun Kapoor to play the role of antagonist

The makers of Singham Again unveiled the first look of Arjun Kapoor from the film on February 14, 2024, and captioned it, “Singham ka villain! Feeling on top of the world being a part of hit-machine Rohit Shetty sir’s cop universe! I promise you there will be mayhem #SinghamAgain.”

Singham Again will be Arjun’s 20th film and the third film in the Singham franchise. Featuring Arjun Kapoor as the antagonist, Singham Again stars Ajay Devgn, Akshay Kumar, Ranveer Singh, Tiger Shroff, Deepika Padukone, and Kareena Kapoor Khan, among others in pivotal roles. The first film of the franchise starring Ajay Devgn was released in 2011 while the sequel, Singham Returns, made its world premiere in 2014.
