    Veteran actor Anupam Kher recently attended the special screening of the Netflix thriller, Thar featuring Anil Kapoor and his son Harsh Varrdhan Kapoor in the lead roles. The actor shared his reviews on the film which is set to stream on OTT giant on May 6.

    Taking to his Twitter handle, The Kashmir Files actor posted a few photos with Anil and Harsh and alongside wrote an appreciation post for the cast and crew of Thar. "Watched #Thar!! Excellent!! Very Unique presentation of an unconventional story. Beautifully shot. Intriguing! Very good performances by the whole cast. My friend and Veteran @satishkaushik2178 is superb. My other best friend @anilskapoor is mind blowing and wonderfully restrained! But it@harshvarrdhankapoor who is the heart of the film. Congratulations cast and crew!!"

    Directed by Raj Singh Choudhary, the film is set in the 80s and follows a man who moves to a big town to find a job and avenge his past. Produced by Anil Kapoor Film Company , the film also features Satish Kaushik , Fatima Sana Shaikh, Mukti Mohan, Akshay Oberoi , and Jitendra Joshi in prominent roles.

    The film marks the second collaboration of the father-son duo after Vikramaditya Motwane’s AK Vs AK. Talking about working with his dad, Harsh Varrdhan told PTI, “ "The ice was broken with Vikram's film. By the time we got to 'Thar', so much time had been spent, we had done a film together. I was focused on doing my job and not get overwhelmed by the situation or who else is in the film. So I didn't see it as (acting opposite) a family member. I just approached the scene the same way I would've if it was anybody else".

    Coming back to Anupam, the veteran actor will next be seen in Sooraj Barjatya ’s Uunchai alongside Amitabh Bachchan , Boman Irani , Neena Gupta, and Parineeti Chopra .
