Throwback: When Twinkle Khanna said Akshay Kumar has 'more inches' than the Khans, left latter red-faced

Twinkle Khanna is Mrs. Funny Bones, and we have every reason to believe that Akshay Kumar is an able match to her wit and humour. The actress, who has turned an author, has grabbed our attention a number of times, but it was during her maiden Koffee With Karan appearance that she really took the show a notch higher.

While Twinkle gave the audience ample moments to have hearty laughter, it was when host Karan Johar asked her what sets Akshay apart from the Khans. Quick came Twinkle's answer- 'extra inches'. While Akshay looked bewildered, Karan Johar did not even know how to react. We are pretty sure many amongst the audience also scratched their heads and thought what exactly Twinkle was alluding to, the actress clarified that what she meant is that Akshay is taller than the Khans.

Twinkle's sense of humour has always been on point. In fact, today, on their 21st wedding anniversary, Twinkle shared a picture with Akshay and captioned it as, On our 21st anniversary, we have a chat.

Me: You know, we are so different that if we met at a party today, I don’t know if I would even talk to you.
Him: I would definitely talk to you.
Me: Why am I not surprised. So like what? You would ask me out?
Him: No, I would say, ‘Bhabhi ji, how is Bhai Sahab, kids fine? Ok Namaste.’
