'Long live my hulk': Akshay Kumar drops a hilarious video to wish his wifey Twinkle Khanna on her birthday

As Twinkle Khanna turned a year older, actor Akshay Kumar took to Instagram and shared a funny video in which his wifey called herself Hulk. The Khiladi actor posted a video which began with Twinkle standing in a garden in a white dress which was captioned, “Who I thought I married.” The second sequence shows Twinkle standing in front of the Hulk statue, and heard a saying in Punjabi that translates, “This is the mannequin, I am a real Hulk.”

Sharing the video, Akshay captioned, “Long live my hulk!! Thank you for adding so many years to our life through your humour. May God add many more to yours. Happy Birthday, Tina.” Soon after, Archana Puran Singh commented, “Your cutest post Akshay. Happy birthday Tina. Long live the 'hulk'.” Vindu Singh reacted, “Whose the Hulk now?” “Hahaha happiest birthday Tina!,” said Ayesha Shroff. On the other hand, a user joked, “Ye asli hulk ki wajh se he aap shant ho sir nahi toh 90’s ke Khiladi sabko pata hai.” “Only her comeback can bring back Akshay's comeback,” reacted another user.

For the unversed, Akshay and Twinkle have been married for 23 years. They have a son Aarav, 21, and daughter Nitara, 11. Twinkle had earlier said that their relationship started as a fling, however, the two fell in love and eventually tied the knot. In an old interview with Hindustan Times, Akshay said that Twinkle is his best friend. “My wife is the best person any man could wish to wake up next to. She holds me up when I’m falling, and puts me down when I’m flying. She makes me laugh when I’m sad and moans when I am sitting idle. Tina is everything to me. She is my reality check.”

Meanwhile, workwise, Akshay was last seen in Mission Raniganj alongside Parineeti Chopra. He was also seen in OMG 2 that crossed Rs 100 crore at the box office. Written and directed by Amit Rai, the film also has Pankaj Tripathi and Yami Gautam. Up next, he has an interesting lineup of projects including Bade Miyan Chote Miyan with Tiger Shroff, Welcome To The Jungle, Hera Pheri 3, Soorarai Pottru's untitled remake and many others.
